Comprehensive coverage

Covers accidental loss or damage to your vehicle (including loss or damage due to theft, fire and natural disaster) and liability.

New car replacement following a total loss

If we accept your claim for a total loss within 24 months of the first registration or if brand new, the purchase date, and it has done less than 40,000km we will replace it with a new vehicle of a similar kind, make and model along with similar accessories, tools, and spare parts (subject to local availability).

Repair Guarantee where you use our approved repairer

Our Repair Guarantee means if you select your vehicle to get repaired by one of our approved repairers as part of your claim, their work is guaranteed by us for as long as you own the vehicle.

Cover for home charging equipment

Cover extends to loss or damage to your home charging equipment. This cover is included in the sum insured amount you have selected for your vehicle.

Excess free glass cover

Cover to replace or repair your vehicle’s glass (including windscreens, windows and any Tesla panoramic roof), with no excess.

No driver age restriction

There are no restrictions on the age of who can drive the vehicle and be covered, provided that the driver holds the appropriate licence and are driving within the terms of their licence. Please note that additional excesses apply for those aged under 25 (subject to policy conditions).

Key replacement

You are covered for the cost of replacing lost or stolen keys (including in circumstances you believe these have been duplicated).

Liability (third-party) cover

Up to $10,000,000 of cover is included for liability to third parties for damage to physical property arising from an accident caused by or in connection with your vehicle.  There is also cover for associated defence costs.

Cover for business use

Cover for your vehicle while it is being used for certain business purposes which you have told us about. Please note that some business uses (e.g., as a taxi or rental, for ridesharing, or as a courier vehicle) will require a premium increase and be subject to additional policy conditions.

Optional rental vehicle cover

If selected, our optional loss of use benefit provides cover to hire a substitute vehicle of a similar specification while your vehicle is off the road for covered repairs up to the available limit chosen.
