To make your claim online you'll need your policy number, which you'll find on your policy schedule. A copy of your policy schedule is in the Documents section of your ANZ Internet Banking.
You'll need to provide details of what has happened and details of any other people involved. It can also be helpful to provide any photos or documents which will support your claim e.g. receipts or photos of the damage.

There are a couple of reasons why this error message may appear:
The policy number you're using to lodge your claim is incorrect
You can only lodge a claim online for ANZ Home, Contents and Comprehensive Car policies at this time.
Your details do not match those on your policy schedule
You'll need to enter your first name, last name and postcode as they appear on the policy you're claiming on. Check your latest policy schedule. If you're still not able to lodge your claim online, call us on Call us0800 269 252 and we'll lodge your claim over the phone.
