Existing Claims
If you need to add to an existing claim, please let us know the details by emailing us at myclaim@vero.co.nz and include your claim number in the subject line. If you don’t have a claim number yet, we will confirm this with you shortly.
Please note that our claim numbers are always formatted with N00XXXXXXX – if you have a C number after lodging a claim online, don’t worry, we’ll be in touch shortly with your claim number.
